How do you ensure design fidelity and quality?

Design fidelity review, functional QA, and staging review with the agency run on our process before the client ever sees the work.

Quality control runs on our process before the client ever sees the work. Three layers, every project.

  • Design fidelity review. We compare the build against the approved design before client presentation. Spacing, type, responsive states, motion behaviour, edge cases. Issues come back to us, not to your design lead in a Slack DM at midnight.
  • Functional QA. Forms, integrations, state, error paths, accessibility basics, browser matrix. We keep a written checklist per project so what gets tested is explicit, not improvised.
  • Staging review with the agency. You see working progress on a staging URL with a defined sign-off step before the client review. The release decision stays with you.

The design is not treated as a suggestion. If something cannot be implemented as drawn, we surface the trade-off with options before we redraw it for you. The agency keeps creative authority. We keep technical responsibility.
